Technical questions

What is the minimum internet speed I need?

For Full HD streams we recommend a stable connection of at least 10 Mbit/s per simultaneous stream. 25 Mbit/s is recommended for 4K content. Preferably use a wired connection or a Wi-Fi 5/Wi-Fi 6 router close to your device.

What do I do if the image stutters or buffers?

First, check your internet speed using a tool like Fast.com. Then restart your router and IPTV device. If the problem persists, switch stream quality (from 4K to FHD) in your IPTV player and check if your VPN — if you’re using one — is slowing down the connection. If you can’t figure it out, our support team will help you via the contact page.

Does Canadas IPTV work over Wi-Fi or just a wired connection?

Canadas IPTV works over both Wi-Fi and Ethernet. A wired connection usually provides a more stable result, but a modern Wi-Fi router a short distance from the device is sufficient in most households.

What happens if a channel is temporarily unavailable?

Some channels may be unavailable for a short period due to maintenance or technical malfunctions on the source side. Report a channel outage by email contact page, then we’ll look into it and let you know what’s going on.

Is IPTV legal in Canada?

The technology, a working player or a low price does not establish those rights. Read the linked Canadian sources and seek qualified advice for a specific legal question. is IPTV legal in Canada? A PRACTICAL CHECKLIST

From a general question to a targeted solution

To choose a subscription, look at the duration and the number of simultaneous streams. Before installing, look at your operating system and the player available for it. Those two choices are separate.

If an error message appears, copy the exact text and use the error guide. Problems with images, logging in and the TV guide do not always have the same cause. Save your subscription confirmation so that you can check the details and end date.

Is your question not listed here? Email [email protected] with your device type and a brief description. Do not share account information in a public post. The prices page remains the overview for the current subscription amounts.
